• This role is for someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
• We’re looking for a recruiter who can independently identify what needs to happen, set priorities, drive processes forward, and make sure hiring managers and candidates keep moving.
• You’ll be trusted to own your work, make decisions, challenge existing ways of working, and continuously look for smarter and more effective ways to recruit.
• Axcera is a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
• You need to be comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and accountability, while still maintaining structure and a high quality bar.
• AI and technology should be a natural part of how you work.
• We expect you to actively use AI and modern recruiting tools to improve sourcing, research, candidate assessment, communication, administration, and overall recruiting efficiency, and to continuously explore new ways technology can make us better.
